Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through PlushForge fundraiser and preorder campaign pages.

1. Fundraiser refunds

Products sold through PlushForge fundraiser campaigns are preorder items.

If a fundraiser does not reach its stated production goal by the campaign deadline, preorder payments for that campaign will be refunded.

2. Successful fundraisers

If a fundraiser reaches its stated production goal, bulk production will begin after the campaign closes.

After production begins, cancellations and refunds may no longer be possible because the item is custom-produced in a limited batch.

3. Cancellations before production

Before production begins, cancellation requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

4. Damaged, incorrect, or missing items

If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a clear fulfillment issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:

order number

full name

description of the issue

clear photos of the item and packaging

Depending on the issue, PlushForge may offer a replacement, refund, partial refund, or another appropriate solution.

5. Change-of-mind returns

Fundraiser and preorder items are limited campaign products.

Returns for change of mind may not be accepted unless required by applicable law.

6. Shipping costs

Shipping costs may not be refundable once an order has shipped, unless the refund is due to a damaged, incorrect, or missing item.

7. Refund method

Approved refunds will usually be sent back to the original payment method where possible.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
